Well, I blew the Dell out over the weekend, so we have replaced it with a new emachines. Only problem is that everything on the Dell that we use is backed up on 3½" floppies. So I have been trying to get our upstairs computer (an emachines with Windows98) to acknowledge and use an external CDRW drive so that I can put the info from the floppies to CDs. No such luck. I've also had difficulty getting the new computer to accept an old printer. So I've been at the friggin' computers all day! Sigh... I'm not an engineer, Cap'n...
