Blizzard!

Great Caesar's Ghost (as Perry White used to say)! We got about 7 inches of snow last night, or early this morning. It was easy for the DH to shovel, thank God, but none of us went out this morning because it was still coming down in buckets at 8 a.m.The DH got his call that school was off last night and I looked out the window at a blizzard of snow at 8 a.m. and just decided I wasn't going to work... If anybody did, tough luck for them. I don't get paid enough and any satisfaction I used to get by showing up at work is long gone... It got up into the mid 30s, so a lot of the snow melted and the streets are, for the most part, clear. Seemed like a longer day than usual though...
