An online friend of mine - Elayne Riggs - has posted the link to a delicious looking Louisiana grocer who makes the most outlandishly delicious looking concotion for the holidays - Turducken. Turduckens are a semi-boneless turkey stuffed with duck and chicken with layers of delicious stuffing between each bird. I'm seriously considering the Turducken Roll (breast meat only) for the holidays. Cajun Grocer will give 5% of your net purchase to the Louisiana Disaster Recovery Foundation. Doesn't say you have to go with the whole bird combo, so maybe I can do a little good here... Any excuse....
