World Laughter Day,etc. from the LII this week.

From the Laughter Arts & Sciences Foundation, there's a list of events in the U.S. and worldwide for World Laughter Day, which is Sunday, May 6th. I had no idea, but am kept up to date on these sort of things by subscription to the Librarians' Internet Index: New This Week on Bloglines. Also included in this week's list is The Festival of Sant' Efisio , World Asthma Day , The British Museum: Parthenon and Building the World of Tomorrow at the New York World's Fair, which describes Westinghouse Corporation's Time Capsule I featured at the 1939 World's Fair in New York. Interesing sites, all. Education at home. And without having to "be quiet and behave yourself!", which we hope you do at your local library building.....
