Thursday - part 2

It isn't as difficult to say no to stuff at home. Here at work, somebody brought in Purim baskets. God, there's M&Ms, fruit, popcorn and potato chips - and only the last thing has nutritional values on it. I had a bag of popcorn (that, I had brought with me, feeling it was pretty low-calorie - 120 calories) and Cape Cod potato chips (from the Purim basket - 60 calories) as a snack ... Sigh....

5-9 Veering Off Track
Hey, everyone has off days. But it's not the end of the world. If everything didn't go right for you today, make a plan for improving just a little bit tomorrow. You can make it happen, but it'll take some focus to keep yourself from falling back into old, bad habits. Keep your chin up and keep a positive attitude -- you'll get there.

Note: Friday - oooh, bad habits.....
