You know that song "You Can't Always Get What you Want" by the Rolling Stones? I wish I could play it subliminally here at the library... Sigh....Some kid wants a book or a video and thinks because he wants it, he should get it. He was going to keep the video key until he was done with it. I looked him straight in the eye and said, "Give me the key." Probably something wrong with him , but not speculating further....
And you know why you can't always get what you want? Because I said "No", that's why.
