Happy Solstice or, as we say nowdays, welcome to winter. The temperature here in the burbs of New Jersey is 30° F. It has been a bit nippy of late, but it's warming up. Thank God! If I get snowed in here, I will scream. Probably will anyhow, but not as loud. One week till I'll be back in My Old Kentucky Home (apologies to Stephen Foster there).
That little pink spot is the location of my mother's house. The names have been shrunk to insure secrecy. 
And it's going to feel like a long week...
