BLIZZARD 2006

Well, they were right! Sometimes the weather forecasters have to be, I guess... This one makes up for that unseasonably warm January - and last year's December, too, for that matter. Here's a photo of it coming down this morning around 9:30 EST.
And the Li'l Guy, aka the Scion, under his blanket um, comforter of snow. It doesn't look like it's going to let up for a while either. The DH is sick with a cold or the flu (oy!) and hopes school is called off tomorrow, because he doesn't want to call in sick. He doesn't have anything ready for the kids to do with a substitute teacher. One would think that subs could kind of ad lib something because you really can't prepare for being sick...
