Women's History Month

Today's link is from The Feminist Majority Foundation website. It has much about the history of Women's History Month and the changes that have occured that help women today. Sometimes girls don't understand how things were different for their "foremothers". Even forty years is a big change. Girls today need to learn what life was like before their birth control shots being easily available, or even wearing pants outside the home. Girls don't want to hear what their mothers have to say about "when I was a kid" until they're old enough that they see the changes from when they were children...
