Update - it's the taxes, Stupid!

Turns out it's just the overtime for the taxes and it's the damn police, public works and other folks who make well over $10,000 a year who request that more be taken out when they work overtime, because they owe more when they file. Well, the payroll person says she can change the overtime code for me, but it's a lot of work. The director says the easiest thing would be for him to submit my time and half hours as regular hours, but 1½ times as many, so the computer won't automatically take the 20% out...So, I'm hoping for the best, because I have two Sundays at time and a half on the next pay period.
