Author and wife to go on vacation

Author has packed all his stuff and I am the one worrying about "what have I left out that I will need?"

We're heading off tomorrow morning at 5am to Montego Bay, Jamaica. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Sun Spree Resort there - still standing after Hurricane Dean. Here's hoping for sunshine (which I've only seen briefly here since we returned from Kentucky), cool breezes (but please, God, not as cool as the ones we've had here - brrrr - or as strong as the hurricane), good rum, and a hammock with my name on it. I wonder if Horizon/Blue Cross Blue Shield covers voodoo treatments?
