Disaster!

Elysha got an e-mail from the British Consulate saying her visa application was rejected and the reasons would be listed with the materials that will be returned to her. She forwarded it to me with an expletive repeated across the top. I don't know what to do. We have her ticket booked (non-refundable, of course) and all the other stuff paid for. So what the hell are we going to do? We'll be out thousands of dollars if she can't go. What's up with this? Anybody who's dealt with the British Consulate give me a clue? Keep us in thoughts and prayers - we're slowly going mad with anxiety....
