Pin it on the donkey....

I had not mentioned it before, but my daughter's boyfriend, Robbie, lives in another county, rooming with an Italian family. And a donkey named Domenick. Well, on Tuesday, Domenick and the family got their 15 minutes of fame, when the Star Ledger put a story about Domenick on the front page of the New Jersey section. I think the Star Ledger link above will take you to it. Seems the neighbors don't like his love calls... Elysha has said he comes over to her when she pulls into the drive and honks at her - he used to nuzzle the windows of the Escort wagon she drove, now he licks the hood of the Scion she drives. He's about the same color of the car, but I would think his eyesight would be good enough that he can tell it isn't another burro. Anyway, the boyfriend is thinking about moving if he can find a room equally inexpensive...Not because of the donkey, but because the landlords are acting like jackasses toward him.
