It's, let me check, November 2 and I still have a pumpkin head sitting in my living room.... I have to do something with him, er, it soon. I got a recipe for pumpkin puree from Pumpkins and More at the University of Illinois Extension - extension of what, I'm not sure...Um, upon searching around the site a bit, I find that it's a wide variety of programs for Illinois residents, families, and communities run by the University of Illinois. And that includes others, such as myself, who happen to catch nifty stuff like how to make pumpkin stuff online from their site!
