The letter I sent to Home Depot about the refrigerator. New delvery date is MARCH 5th !!!!
I placed an order through your website on
January 27th for a refrigerator - Order # WA77855011. It was
supposed to be delivered on February 11th. That was a lot
longer than I had anticipated, but I went along with it. The price of the
refrigerator was more than I had intended to spend, but I thought
I’d gotten a good deal on it. The delivery was late in the day and after some
working around , the delivery guys finally told my husband that there was a
problem with the refrigerator and that they would have to schedule a
redelivery. By this time, I am somewhat disappointed. I have a refrigerator
that is empty, $200 worth of food was disposed of, the refrigerator part semi-works,
but not well enough to last too much longer, the freezer is completely gone,
I’ve waited two weeks for delivery, and I am getting madder. The money that I saved
ordering from you doesn’t cover the food that was tossed because delivery was
too late to begin with. I registered the ESP that I ordered along with the
refrigerator and I suppose that will start when the original warranty is over.
The refrigerator is reordered and I have a new delivery date – 3 WEEKS
from today! I know it has to be reordered, but 3 weeks?
I’d like some compensation for all the delays! Five weeks total
is too damn long.

I got a haircut, and went for my mammogram and my bone density test. While I was waiting my turn at the beauty shop, Whirlpool called to schedule my delivery date. I had to tell her I'd cal her back, but March wasn't gonna work for me. "They can't ship it any sooner..." Damn it!!!!
