Last night was awful. Steven went to the doctor and she prescribed some heavy anti-inflammatory medicine for him. He didn't get it until today. Anyway, he had a sandwich before he got ready for bed and he started vomiting. he was so sweaty he was clammy. He didn't have a fever. He went downstairs, then came up and asked if he could just lay in bed with me for a while. I finally told him he could have the bed, I'd sleep downstairs. So I did. It took me forever to get comfortable - the foam didn't go all the way to the end of the couch, so my feet fell into the place between it and the end of the couch. Finally, I took an extra pillow that was there and put it under my legs and, wow, I was comfortable. He went to the drugstore and the deli. I hope he can keep down what he ate. It scared me how he was last night. I kept asking him if he wanted me to take him to the hospital... It was that bad. Keeping my fingers crossed, he's better today. 🤞
Jenni called this afternoon - she needed to borrow $100. I gave it to her. She is going to pick Kara up at the airport tonight. Kara's flight comes into Louisville from El Paso/Atlanta around 9:30. I hope every goes all right there, too. 🤞
On a completely different note, Jon Olsen messaged me on Facebook, when I replied to his "Where did you go to high school?" with "Valley High in Kentucky. I graduated in 1971. You?" He replied with would've been 1974 - who did you go to your prom with? I said junior, with Richard Alexander and senior with John Olsen - is that you???? So we messaged back and forth for about 10 minutes. He's got 2 kids - 11 years apart and an 8 year old granddaughter. He signed off and asked me to text him later. I might, but might not. I don't want to get all wound up like I did with Stephen Reas, 20 years ago. I haven't heard for him in years.
There's a tropical storm, called Fay, that's brewing off the shore and I think we're getting thunder and lightning with the possibility of another storm here inland.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is still ongoing, but there's no statistics chart about it, like I've had before, online anymore.
