Not much today - I did not sleep well last night. I would get comfortable, then an itch would jolt me awake. I'd scratch and get relaxed, then my bladder would give me a kick. It was a vicious circle.
I'm going to do laundry. I have sheets that have been hanging up since last time. I didn't change them, which might have been why I was itchy. I left the bed unmade to air it out.
