Probably a record setter! It's hot!
I bought a new modem for the house. I also got an Amazon credit card so that I can pay for it one month at a time. The monthly payment will be twice what we pay to lease the Xfinity modem - but we get to keep it. It's currently $180 a year. The new one cost about $370 total from Amazon. It's supposed to get here on Sunday.
