It was cold this morning. I got up early because I could not get comfortable. When I got downstairs, the thermostat said it was 62 degrees in the living room. I turned the heat back on.
Went to physical therapy and then to the grocery store. My shoulder hurts, but not enough to scream about - it's just a constant uncomfortableness. I went to the doctor - at 7:20pm. I made the appointment while I was waiting for Paolo. He was surprised that I was going in so late. I got another scrip for physical therapy for my knees, I think, along with a couple of pages of exercises to do at home. Dr. Yucht said I should do the exercises and we'd see what we could do to get me "back to normal." I think the fact that I'm uncomfortable is the new normal.
