Kara posted some pictures to our group on Facebook. She took pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge and some from her office. The haze is pretty bad there, it looks like.

Doctor went okay - had to have my blood tested for thyroid, naturally. I also have to go in for a thyroid ultrasound - at what was Montclair Radiology. I made the appointment online while I was still at the office, so I could leave a message for the doctor to tell her I had appointment on Monday.
