I don't see heavy rain, but... I've got people coming to pick up my old bike (it's been sitting in the garage for at least 20 years) and a boxful of glass vases. So much junk. I am somewhat sorry to get rid of the bike, but it needed new inner tubes and a good washing. It will be out of the garage, so it frees up some space. Maybe guys can get the drywall out.
