I was supposed to get an order from ProFlowers for my birthday. They sent it a week early and most of it is gone by now. So they said they'd resend it on the proper date. I got an e-mail that said it was delivered. Nope. I sent them another message about the delivery. The said they would get it out in the next delivery. I told them to forget it. Too much trouble. It didn't look like this to begin with. If someone else had ordered this and gone through all this, I'd be mortified at all the trouble they went to.
