A card and flowers in one!
We went to the Thai Elephant https://www.thethaielephant.com/ for dinner. I always get Pad Cashew- Chicken with bell pepper, onion, celery, carrot, and sprinkled with whole cashews stir fried in a Thai brown sauce and served with Jasmine rice. Steven got 3 orders of Chicken Satay - Four skewered chicken strips marinated in Thai coconut sauce and served with peanut sauce and 1 order of Shrimp Rolls - Four jumbo stuffed shrimp wrapped in a crispy shell with sweet plum dipping sauce.
Then we went to Bingo at the Episcopal church here in Verona. We didn't win, but we came within one number 4 times! It was exciting - expensive, too, but exciting.
