The Omron is cutting out a lot and giving me an error message two out of three times. This time it gave me a high pulse rate. But the wrist one does, too, so I'm not sure...
I "went to" a Amazon Chime mental health seminar which included a bit of art therapy at the end. It was interesting, but I still don't know what the hell "mindfulness" is and how to achieve it. We drew mandalas. Here's mine.
I put Harmony as my main word to describe it because my colors were related. Blue, next to red, next to purple, because red and blue make purple. Or - Blue + yellow = green.
