I had a rough night. I couldn't get to sleep and when  I came downstairs to have a cup of tea, my chest felt like I had an elephant sitting on it. Some deep breathing and it went away. It must be panic attacks. The other day I looked at my hands and saw the left one turn grayish blue. Usually it's the right hand that gets cold and turns sort of blue.
