Did quite a workout today.I cleaned the downstairs bathroom. That got my heart rate up and then I did my workouts with Bryant Jonson afterwards. I was done before Steven got back from Walgreens. I might go out and sit in the sun for a bit, if I can figure out how to get outside without Woodgie following me. I looked up her name in a Bing search. Urban Dictionary says
