It's raining cats and dogs. Thunder and, I suppose, lightning. I can hear the thunder, but don't see the lightning. No rainbow, as the sun's gone down. Now, I saw some lightning. There have been people with fireworks lately and this storm sounds like that. But this is natural booming!

I'm trying to do a workout routine in the morning. Today was my third day. It's on the AARP site. It's with Bryant Johnson, Ruth Bader Ginsburg's personal trainer. I wake up achy, but I try to get through the workouts.  It's three ten minute workouts. I skip the ones that make me get on my knees- I can't do that.
