Blood Pressure: 116/75  Pulse: 65 My pulse is a little high because I'm trying to do my workouts again. I feel noodly. I haven't done my workouts for a couple of days. 

I got a device that makes a loud noise for Mom so that if she falls, she can push the button on it and it'll make a loud enough noise that it can wake Greg up. Probably loud enough to wake the neighbors, too. I called her and let her know. She said she's feeling better. She sounds better.

I haven't heard from Jenni. I'm afraid that her dog got heatstroke from being out and lost overnight. I hope he didn't break anything, but I hope he didn't get heatstroke and get dehydrated badly. That could be even worse.
