President Trump tested positive for coronavirus — here’s everything we know so far. President Trump tweeted at 12:54 a.m. Eastern time on Friday that he and first lady Melania Trump tested positive for COVID-19. “We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately,” he wrote. “We will get through this TOGETHER!” Their son Barron, 14, has so far tested negative, the first lady’s chief of staff Stephanie Grisham reportedly told NPR. Vice President Mike Pence, who would stand in for Trump as president if Trump were to become too ill to lead the country, also tested negative for COVID-19 this morning. Former Vice President Biden, who also tested negative for the virus this morning, and urged everyone to wear a mask, wash their hands and practice social distancing.
So, life is getting a little more interesting. Lots of people think Trump's faking it to get sympathy and not have to debate Biden again. It's going to be interesting how this plays out.
Dr. Sathaye called and I got my prescriptions refilled. I have to get a blood test next week. I'll have to make an appointment to talk to her again in January.
Steve is sick. I'm hoping it's just a cold or allergies. I don't need any more medical drama.

So here's the update- the president and staff are in the U.S. cases. 😉
