I don't know if my blood pressure is good or not. It's a bit above normal for a woman of my age. The vice presidential debate was last night and it wasn't as much of a trainwreck as the presidential one was. Mike Pence had a fly sit on his head for over two minutes and he didn't even swat at it once. I thought it was on the tv.
I suspect if it wasn't dangerous, Harris would've swatted it. Pence did try the interrupting thing, but Harris said, "I am talking, Mr. Vice President." Several times. She also said "I will not be lectured by the vice president on what I should have done." Several times. He smirked a lot. She did that laugh, shake head thing that Biden did, but not as often.
The next debate is October 15th - health of both candidates permitting, of course. Trump refuses a virtual debate. Of course - there's be no way to interrupt. They'd have a cut-off switch if he interrupted. Oh, and Trump said his COVID infection was a blessing from God. That it was so drugs could be shown to be good. For fuck's sake, he thinks everything is about him. If it's a blessing from God, God didn't bless him enough.
