Today is Thanksgiving. There is not a lot to be thankful for this year. Greg and I (Or just me maybe) will go over to John's house to pick up food that Cathy is making and sending out to family. Jenni and Kara will come sometime this afternoon. I told them that we would pick up the food, that they could come later than noon(which is when Cathy said to come by for the pickup. I'm thankful to have her for a sister-in-law. Steve's family always hosted Thanksgiving - but they set the place. Not that I wasn't grateful, but it was like John's house at Christmas - just a little too much for us. I am thankful that I haven't been exposed to the coronavirus! I am also thankful for Stewart Pope who has been such a help. He's become such a sweet guy. I guess I should also be thankful for John taking care of selling and emptying the house. I'm thankful for the guy who bought Greg's comics (and who will be sending him a money order soon). I'm thankful that Greg hasn't objected to me "taking Mom's" space and clothes. (John subtly suggested that he should take Mom's engagement ring so that he could sell it. I hope I don't have to argue with him about Mom's Mickey Mouse watch.) I'm always thankful for Steve, who's put up with a lot from me and from Jenni, who's asked for too much. I'm thankful that airplanes are still flying, so that I can get back to him. And, of course, I'm thankful for Woodgie, who I will be glad to get back to. So I guess there are some things to be thankful for...
