Another day when I had to drag myself out of bed. I did laundry and moved some stuff in the basement. I set up my HP computer and worked out with Bryant Johnson - not much but enough to ache a little.  You notice my blood pressure is starting to come down? 

There's talk of more insurrection - in state capitals this time.

Impeachment - that makes me a bit less anxious. But there's still a week to go...
