Blood Pressure: 140/70 Pulse: 53 - this is the last of several - went from 179/158 to 165/73 to that last one, when I relaxed. All Omron, bare arm.

Steven put another check from his mother into the bank account...

My horoscope today goes with my Cottonelle "flush it from 2020 " thought.

Those are the "bad memories" - ones that take me to places where I might have zigged instead of zagged. See September 21st for an example. Not so bad now, but then, yeah. I was heartbroken. Which led to a lot of "bad memories" because of things I did because I didn't want someone to break my heart . Then I wound up with a lot of cracks in my heart as a result of giving too much, too often. I have to put my folders of fiction back in the closet - literally.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic

I'm adding the notice above the chart. That is probably good to note, as it may differ from reality.
