Nearly forgot today.

Jenni called. We talked for a while - she needed $150 for her car insurance. We talked about Elysha moving to Mishawaka and she says she's only about 3½ hours away. Elysha said once,  when Grandma was still around, that it was about 5 hours away.  I wrote a piece about Jenni and sent it to a lady from Time magazine who asked for stories about comfort animals and the like. I wrote about Jenni and Buddy and how nobody talks about women like Jenni, who are bucking the system, trying to make their way and that no one wants to hear about them. They are not winning, but aren't desperately losing.  She's trying, but there's so much against her.
