It's snowing again. Winter weather advisory - up to 2". Yeah, we'll probably be up to our ankles again. 

Steven finally went to the doctor about his toes. I think he has frostbite - his left big toe looks terrible! And one of his smaller toes is black at the end. "It doesn't hurt ", he says, so he's let it go almost a week (I think, I've lost all idea of days of the week - February has seemed endless) and it's no better. It's another of the reasons I got out and shoveled and chipped, taking care of the snow. He's kept to himself, sleeping all day and all night. He gets up, eats a little, fools around on the computer, then goes up to watch TV, but goes to sleep instead. I suppose, since it's snowing, he'll put off going to the grocery tomorrow - he said he wasn't going to go today. Sigh...

I forgot to put out a bag for VVA donation pickup - I have completely lost track of time. I don't know why I thought the pickup was this Thursday! The poor guy came up to the door past all the ice and left a bag... I think I'll leave him a $5 bill in an envelope to give him for coffee or something. I feel so bad. I have to remember this Thursday - I have a BIG sign on the bag so I'll remember.
