Went for my biopsy - fine needle aspiration - at Montclair Radiology. The doctor said the nodule the endocrinologist wanted biopsied was too calcified, absolutely benign. So he took samples from the other nodules. I was so tired when I got home. My neck was swollen and I had a band aid over the needle site. Today I have a bruise. I go to the hematologist today. He'll probably notice the bruise. 😏 He did. A nice doctor but he has trouble speaking - a stutter, I think. My platelet count is still very high. He said he'll have a look at the blood specimens and I should call back on Thursday. He might want to get a bone marrow sample. Shudder...
