Well, I've been to two doctors this week. Dr. Milano says things look good and that it's better to have a pap smear and a mammogram every year than to have missed one and that could be the one that would have been an early detection. That I don't actually care is something I'd rather not tell him. The endocrinologist, Dr. Marlyn Fernandez, says that one of the nodules on my thyroid is larger than the others and has calcifications, which raises some fears. So I'm going for a biopsy next week to see if the fear is rational. She said that the radiation when I had the larger nodule some 34 years ago may be why there's calcifications. I got to get my last COVID shot tomorrow and Dr. Milano says it's good if I get sick - it means the antibodies are working. I think he's crazy.
I'm not in any medical situation today. 😊
