Cancelled DiPaolo appointment today and now I'm not really sure I should have. He, at least, was available more. My shots yesterday didn't hurt at first, but IK had an awful night. I was so itchy. I had taken a warm, not hot, shower, but apparently it dried me out more than I thought. My right arm, the Shingrex shot, hurts a lot. My right foot got that itchy, stabbing feeling on the ball of my foot. I don't know what does it, but it hurts!

I'm going to cut back this data to just New Jersey and Essex County for a couple of weeks and then delete it altogether if the data keeps showing a decrease. Which it is... 🙌🏻
