Well, my sleep study went pretty well. I slept about as well as I do at home. I had been having problems with sneezing and a runny nose, but when I got out of the house (after a shower, too - the hot water might have helped), my nose stopped running and I could breathe pretty well - no stuffiness either. I kept the tech on his toes by getting him to unplug me several times at night. Not a bad guy. He wasn't put out by it. I woke up around 5:30 and he came in to unplug me around 6. His name was John and he gave me a cup of coffee before I went home. I went in very tired and I came home pretty tired. I washed my hair in the sink, trying to get the goop that the electrodes were attached to my head with out. I still have one patch left. I'll wash it again tomorrow. It's not sticky and making my head itch. Today was a long day.
