Not much today - Steve went to the store, got lots of stuff. 

I got a "epilator " that was advertised on webpages as being gentle, easy, and thorough. The "Smooth Glide Epilator" was on sale at $59.99, not counting S/H and tax. It is a piece of crap, one of the "Only on TV " sort of things. At $29.99, it would  still be a piece of crap, but I wouldn't feel as ripped off.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If I didn't use it, why would I return it? I sent them an e-mail saying that I felt misled as it looks nothing like the item shown in the catalog. I didn't tell them it wasn't smooth and easy. It didn't pull the hairs out of my chin, it just snipped a little of the ends, making it coarser and grating my chin. I sprayed the thing with alcohol to disinfect it. The one on the left is the one I got, the one on the right is the one they advertised. Doesn't look the same, does it?
