I forgot yesterday, but it was pretty boring. I decided to get rid of some things that were just sitting around, taking up space. Rusty, the doll nobody would want (I feel a little bad about that - she was 60 some odd years old) and my Bible that was loaded with underlined verses. I did save the picture of Jesus that I had pasted in.

I used a sketch of James Taylor as the beginning, added beard, and lengthened the hair a bit. The shadowing and composition is pretty good, if I do say so myself. I did it in 1971, I think, maybe 1972. Surprisingly, it was probably the only thing in the Bible that wasn't dated. 

Steven promised me a "date" today. The Pilgrim is open, so he suggested that when I tried to wake him up.  Yep, went to the Pilgrim. It's like the library - they made everything darker, cleaner and got new upholstery and new chairs. It's the same, but isn't. The food is just as bad as it was. Bland, very bland.
