Merry Christmas! I can't get Steven out of bed.
I'm listening to Lewis Black rant about Christmas (again). I love him, I really do. I'll listen to my Christmas "playlist" on Bing. A lot of great Christmas songs.
My presents didn't come. He thought I liked Benedict Cumberbatch and got me an autographed picture. It's like John Wesley Shipp - I like him but not enough to waste my money getting an autographed picture. I also got a tiny snow globe with Batman in it - an angry little ©Funko figure. I guess being in a snow globe makes you look angry.
He didn't like his shirt and the Lego® Wonder Woman ornament didn't go over too well either. The flat metal ©Funko Batman ornament disappeared. I don't know what happened to it. I thought I put it in with the shirt.
Elysha called. Turned out I hadn't told her about Greg's plans to transition into a woman. She cracked up. I thought I'd told her. She said they ordered Chinese delivery and were watching TV with the dogs.
We tried to go out for an early dinner - Pilgrim closed at 3, and, of course, that's when we got there. We tried Chinese - nope. We ordered from Dominos. Wanted to give the delivery person a big tip, but s/he left the stuff and ran. Good dinner - I had Chicken Alfredo and Parmesan bread bites. Had lava cakes for dessert.
Merry Christmas. It's different again this year. It's going to take a long while before I'm used to being at home during the holidays.
