I got up, got dressed up, put on makeup, jewelry, and came downstairs for breakfast. The phone rings. I check it- it was only 9:30. It's Associates in Psychiatry. Dr. Sathaye didn't come in because of icy conditions (I noticed that when I opened the door to see if there were any packages and to try to get the Joy post out of the sage's flowerpot). We had a Winter Weather Advisory, but since the temperature has gotten above freezing, it was cancelled. Anyway, she's going to do a phone visit at 2:30. The ice has melted, but it may freeze back up later. Steve was going to take things over to Gotham today, but I'm betting he's going to opt out because it's raining - and cold. If he thinks there's a chance of ice, he might not go. Priyanka from Mathnasium called and left a message on my cellphone's voicemail, wanting to see if Steve wants to tutor again and checking on him/us.

Jenni called - 4 whole days without a money request. She needed the money for rent because they didn't have her working last week. Nothing like taking a paycheck away on the week of Christmas.
