Looks like it's going to be a nice day, not that it matters. My knees are feeling better. I have panic attacks at night. I'll wake up, thinking I'm having a heart attack. The symptoms race through my head. Then I take a couple of deep breaths and tell myself I'm not short of breath, so it couldn't be a heart attack. Then I either get up and go to the bathroom (and according to the AARP magazine, that's another one of the symptoms), or roll over and get back to sleep after a few more deep breaths.  It's probably why I get up feeling tired.
