MSN weather says simply Sunny. Tiny traces of clouds do not make it mostly sunny. 
Went to the psychiatrist and dumped all my problems on her. I just got my meds refilled.  Anxiety is not my problem, she thinks.

This is one of the funniest one panel cartoons I've seen in a long time.
