Got a message from Joan : I am so relieved that your family is safe! (she'd asked about the flooding in Kentucky) My surgery went well and the surgeon is confident I won't need further treatment. My first week was hard because of pain and nausea but I am feeling much better now. I still get tired. You take it easy this weekend and get some rest, I know you have your dr appt on Mon. I will be thinking of you and please let me know what the dr says. I am going to try and get to MD soon to see my mom (we didn't tell her about the surgery yet). 😘
So, it sounds like she's better.
I got a message with a picture of Jenni at a job - at some sports event - in Louisville, I guess.
