Went to Walgreens, got more water, cashed in my free Secret coupons (they expire the end of this month - and naturally one was 50% off), got some Skor bars (I haven't had them in ages!), some Trident, 3 cans of Steve's tea and some Energizer batteries for my remote upstairs. Came to $20.58. I thought about getting my vaccines, but the line at the pharmacy swung from one guy, taking his own sweet time to two or three people, plus the guy who stood there for ten minutes. I couldn't take the wait.
I got a message from Joan and she said two of the staff at Verona (she heard it second hand) have COVID - and they didn't see fit to tell her, even though she was out six weeks with CANCER!!!!
