Went to doctor - arm is better, x-rays show everything is good, got a prescription, if I want, for physical therapists. I had him look at my knees, got them x-rayed. He says if they get worse that he can try gel, but I'd have to talk to an orthopedic surgeon about knee replacement. I asked about making an appointment with Laura Connito to talk about my psychiatric medications since Dr. Sathaye is retiring. The lady at the desk sent me a form with a form to fill out and says they'll get back to me. 

I went to try to recycle batteries, but they only take them on Wednesday and Saturday. Also went to try to mail my HP ink cartridges back - the mailman didn't take them yesterday. I couldn't just drop them in the mailbox outside the police station. 

So I went to the Verona Post Office and dropped them off. Since I was parked in the Clinton Glass/Verona Grill (not a diner anymore), I went to Clinton Glass and asked if they could resilver the bathroom mirrors. The lady there said it would be less expensive to get new mirrors, to measure them and call her. She'd give me an estimate on the cost of new mirrors. Then I came home. Steven had been in my room and came down. Then he went to his room and went back to sleep, I guess.
