Glenn Knipping's funeral was nice. He either was cremated, or a closed casket was delivered to the cemetery.
The flowers I ordered were not there. I've taken it up with their customer service and told them they were not there when they said the flowers had been given to someone at the funeral home at 9 am this morning. I'm furious! This is the e-mail I sent to Customer Service at Patricia's Petals: The order date for this said it would be delivered the same day. Customer service said it was delivered today 1-17 at 9 am. I was disturbed to see it had not been delivered. The funeral was at 11:30 am. As I gave the full address for the funeral home, I assumed you were in New Jersey, since you did not say it could not be delivered. I expect it to be delivered and since it was not, I expect a refund. I will place a dispute with my credit card company if this is not resolved soon.

I hope that it gets settled. I went to a lot of trouble and expense with that.
I gave Steve and Valerie Elysha's condolences. Steve introduced me to his friends as "Elysha's mother" and one of the young men said he remembered me from the bears I'd made for their class (in 5th grade, I believe!). I told him I didn't recognize who he was, and he told me he was Dennis Boyle. He had asked me to make him another bear when he lost the one - I did and gave his mother the pattern for it. He's a very nice looking fellow (maybe that's why I didn't recognize him). Lynda Plessner was there, and I sat with her at the service. Anne Sheilds (who works at the library) was there, too, as were the Ziffs from on the corner (where Steven wrecked the car).
I went to Walgreens and picked up my prescription and some weird stuff, like vanilla wafer cookies that are soooo good, I eat a whole package of them at one sitting.
