Today is Jenni's birthday - she's 46 years old. A lot has happened since she was born. The hospital she was born in is gone. So is her father, albeit not permanently. She managed to graduate from high school and married Bill Temple - and divorced in under a year. She met Ed Hilliard, had Kara (who recently turned 25), lived through a lot of abuse, had Ed and Kara file a missing person report and was arrested for possession of a controlled substance - heroin. She claimed her new boyfriend was truly her soulmate, but when she got sober, she realized he was taking advantage of her and enabling her to be an addict. She's been sober for a long while and saw her daughter graduate from college. She is working and, with money she asks from me from time to time, getting by, living and working in Jeffersonville. I haven't been a great mom for her, but she's a good kid at heart.
Sent some money via Zelle - from both my and our accounts- to Elysha. They are having a rough time, after her ER visit and the resulting meds. She said with the extra, they'll be able to go to the grocery store.
